The Chart Whisperer — Trading Education Products

All products sold by The Chart Whisperer are digital goods delivered instantly upon payment. Every purchase carries a 24-hour money-back window from the moment of purchase. Inside that window you may request a full refund for any reason, and opening or downloading the product does not void it. After 24 hours, sales are final — because the material is fully copyable and cannot be returned.
01. General Policy — The 24-Hour Guarantee
Every purchase is covered by a 24-hour money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase timestamp, you will receive one — no explanation required, no conditions attached. Downloading the files, opening the protocol, or accepting a TradingView invite does not void this window.
After 24 hours have elapsed, sales are final. Digital trading protocols can be copied in full within minutes of delivery, so an open-ended return window is not something a small independent publisher can offer without inviting abuse. Twenty-four hours is enough time to open every module, read the method, and decide honestly whether it is for you.

By completing a purchase on this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this refund policy and agree to its terms.
02. What Is Not Refundable After 24 Hours
Once the 24-hour window has closed, the following are non-refundable:
- Any request submitted more than 24 hours after the purchase timestamp
- 1-on-1 coaching or consultation sessions that have been delivered, completed, or partially completed
- Purchases where the licence has been breached — sharing, redistributing, reselling, or republishing the material
- Purchases made on behalf of another person without their knowledge
- Any purchase where a chargeback was opened before contacting us (see section 04)
What does not disqualify you: downloading the files, viewing the modules, accepting a TradingView indicator invite, buying a bundle, buying at a discounted or launch price, or simply changing your mind. Inside 24 hours, none of these affect your refund.
03. Always Honoured — Beyond the 24-Hour Window
The following are honoured regardless of whether the 24-hour window has closed:
Technical failure on our end preventing access to a purchased product, where we are unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours of being notified.
Duplicate purchase — if you accidentally purchased the same product twice within a 24-hour window, we will refund the duplicate transaction.
Unauthorised transaction — if you believe a transaction was made fraudulently using your payment details without your authorisation, contact us immediately. We will cooperate fully with your bank or payment provider.
Standard refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase timestamp. The three circumstances above are not bound by that window. Where a refund is issued, access to the associated product, licence key, or TradingView indicator invite is revoked.
04. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
- Permanently revoke access to all purchased products and licences
- Dispute the chargeback with full transaction evidence
- Decline any future purchases from the same customer
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating any dispute. Genuine issues are resolved quickly and we would always prefer to work with you directly.
05. How to Request a Refund
Inside the 24-hour window you do not need a reason. Just follow these steps:
Email hello@chartwhisperer.ca with the subject line "REFUND REQUEST — [Order Number]"
Include your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email), the product name, the date of purchase, and a clear description of the issue.
We respond within 1 business day. Refunds requested inside the 24-hour window are approved automatically; funds are returned within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
06. Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved:
- Credit/debit card: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3–5 business days
- Cryptocurrency: Refunds for ETH-priced purchases are returned at the USD equivalent at time of refund, not at the original ETH rate
