Refund Policy

The Chart Whisperer — Trading Education Products

⚠ DIGITAL PRODUCTS — PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

All products sold by The Chart Whisperer are digital goods delivered instantly upon payment. Because access is granted immediately and the content cannot be "returned," all sales are final as a general rule. Please review all sales page details carefully before purchasing.

01. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital products — which are accessible immediately upon purchase and cannot be "un-delivered" — The Chart Whisperer operates an all-sales-final policy as the default position.

All product descriptions, previews, and sales pages are made available before purchase so that buyers can make a fully informed decision. We encourage you to review all available information and reach out with any questions prior to buying.

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund in the following genuine exceptional circumstances:

Technical failure on our end preventing access to a purchased product, where we are unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours of being notified.

Duplicate purchase — if you accidentally purchased the same product twice within a 24-hour window, we will refund the duplicate transaction.

✓ CIRCUMSTANCES WE WILL CONSIDER

Unauthorised transaction — if you believe a transaction was made fraudulently using your payment details without your authorisation, contact us immediately. We will cooperate fully with your bank or payment provider.

In all cases, refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
