Coaching isn't the most expensive product on this site — it's the deepest commitment level. The free learn pages and the self-serve protocols are full systems in their own right. Coaching is for the trader who's already decided this is the path and wants to compress the climb from years into months. If you're not there yet, the protocols are the better fit. There is no shame in starting at a different door.
90 Minutes. Your Charts. Your Edge.
We don't do generic education in coaching sessions. Every minute is focused on your actual trading — live charts, real setups, real time.
Live Chart Review
Pull up your recent trades. Mark what you saw correctly, what you missed, and what the framework says in hindsight. No filtered examples — your real charts.
Framework Calibration
Map your current market reads against the system modules. Where your analysis diverges from the framework, we find precisely why — and fix it together.
Live Session Walkthrough
Walk through how I approach the current week's setup landscape on your asset. You see the live process, not a recorded example or a hypothetical setup.
Full Question Battery
Every question you've written down gets answered in full. No topic off limits. No concept too advanced or too basic. We run through the list completely.
Entry Architecture
Build at least one complete trade setup from scratch: structure → OTE zone → confirmation → entry → invalidation → target. You own the full process.
Session Notes PDF
After the call I send a structured PDF summary: key levels marked, action items, every concept covered. A permanent record of the session in your hands.
The System Is One-Third of the Equation.
The protocol handles where to enter, when structure is valid, and how to define the trade. The other two-thirds are what most traders never build — and what turns a documented edge into a life-changing outcome.
Trading Psychology
The dominant factor — by a margin most traders never want to accept. Markets are a continuous stream of probabilities. Your edge only pays if you can execute every qualified signal, every session, without hesitation, without emotional negotiation. Your beliefs about winning, losing, certainty, and being wrong will override any system you own if they go unexamined. This is what separates consistent performers from permanently frustrated ones. It is the largest variable in your outcome and the last one most traders address.
Money Management
The second dimension — and the one most traders manage by instinct, which is to say they don't manage it at all. Without a quantified risk architecture governing every position — position sizing, maximum drawdown thresholds, account exposure limits, loss-limit triggers — a genuine edge can still destroy capital through ordinary variance. The math only works if the structure holding it is built correctly from the start and followed without exception.
The Protocol
The system handles where to enter, when structure is valid, and how to define the complete trade. It is the most precisely engineered component in the framework — and the one most traders treat as the only component. A complete edge means nothing if the mental and financial architecture around it isn't built to hold. The system is where consistent trading starts. The other two dimensions are where it becomes executable over a lifetime.

What happens when
the system meets the person
I had the system, I understood the gates, but I was still hesitating on every live entry. One session with Charles and we diagnosed it in the first 15 minutes — I wasn't trusting my own protocol because I'd never stress-tested my position sizing logic. He rebuilt that with me from the ground up. The next week I took five setups. All five. No hesitation.
The psychology work is what I didn't know I needed. I came in thinking I had a technical problem. Charles showed me in two sessions that it was a mindset architecture problem — specifically how I was weighting individual losses relative to my expected value across 50 trades. Once I reframed it probabilistically, the hesitation disappeared. That's Mark Douglas applied in real time.
I've paid for mentors before. Usually you get surface-level feedback on your trades and a lot of generic advice. This was the opposite — structured, direct, and specific to exactly where I was. Charles reviewed six months of my journal in the first session and identified three repeating failure patterns I hadn't seen myself. We had a protocol fix for each one before we finished.
Where traders arrive. Where they leave.
Three patterns. The same session structure. The same protocol. Different outcomes — because the problem was finally named correctly.
Understands the five gates. Can identify the setup on a historical chart. Freezes on every live entry. Second-guesses the signal after it's already confirmed.
Execution hesitation diagnosed as a position sizing architecture problem, not a confidence problem. Risk rebuilt from the ground up. Entries become mechanical — protocol fires, size is pre-calculated, finger moves.
Technical read is accurate — structure, OTE zone, CHoCH all identified correctly. Still unprofitable. Win rate tracks but R:R bleeds. Can't hold winners past first partial.
Root cause identified: weighting individual losses against expected value across 50 trades — a probabilistic mindset failure. Mark Douglas reframing applied in real time. Trailing stop protocol locked in. Holding winners becomes the default, not the exception.
Six months of journaling. Self-aware enough to know something is repeating. Can't isolate what. Paid for coaching before — got surface-level feedback and generic advice. Nothing changed.
Journal reviewed systematically in the first session. Three repeating failure patterns extracted and named precisely. A protocol fix built for each one before the session ends. The pattern stops repeating because it now has a rule, not a reminder.
Questions. Answered.
I've paid for coaching before and nothing changed. Why would this be different? +
Most coaching gives you feedback on your trades. This session gives you a diagnosis of your trading — specifically what is failing, why it's failing, and a protocol fix for it before we finish. The difference is structural: I'm not reviewing what happened, I'm building a rule that prevents it from happening again. If you come prepared with your last 10 trades and a written list of where you feel stuck, we will name the pattern inside 20 minutes. That's not a claim — it's the structure of how the session runs.
What can I realistically expect from a single session? +
One session will not turn a losing trader into a profitable one. What it will do is identify your single highest-priority failure pattern and give you a specific, ruleable fix for it. Most traders leave with a rewritten position sizing model, a clarified entry protocol, or a reframed risk logic — something concrete, not advice. Whether it changes your results depends on whether you implement it. The session creates the lever. You apply the force.
How is this different from just watching more of the framework modules? +
The modules teach the protocol. A session applies it to your live charts, your actual trade history, and your specific failure patterns. Most traders who book coaching already understand the framework — they're stuck at the execution layer, not the knowledge layer. A session goes where the modules can't: into your psychology, your sizing logic, and the exact moment where your edge breaks down. That's a different kind of work.
What's the difference between the 45-min and 90-min session? Which one is right for me? +
The 45-min Focus Session is built for a single, specific problem — one entry pattern, one sizing question, one asset. If you know exactly what's broken, this is the most efficient path. The 90-min Deep Work is built for calibration: reviewing your last 10 trades, identifying what the data shows, and building a plan across psychology, sizing, and execution. If you're not sure what's wrong, start with the 90-min — the diagnosis happens there. The 3-hour and 4-week options are for traders who want a full framework review across both assets or a structured transformation over time.
I'm still learning the framework. Is coaching too advanced for me right now? +
If you're inside the first month of the Foundation or Masterwork, finishing the core modules first is the faster path. Coaching is most effective when you already have the protocol in your head and the problem is in your hands — execution, sizing, psychology. That said, the free 15-min discovery call exists precisely for this. If you're unsure whether you're ready, book the call. We'll assess your situation together and tell you honestly what the right next step is — even if it's not coaching yet.
How many sessions will I need? +
Depends on where you are. A single 90-min session resolves most single-pattern problems for traders who already have the framework. The 4-week Immersion is built for traders who want a structured build: we run the full psychology framework, rebuild position sizing from scratch, and calibrate the protocol across both assets over four weeks. There's no upsell pressure here — if one session fixes the problem, one session is the right answer. I'll tell you what you actually need after the discovery call.
What makes the free 15-min call worth doing before I commit to a session? +
The discovery call lets me assess where you are and tell you which session tier matches your situation — or whether coaching is even the right move right now. It's 15 minutes, no cost, no pitch. If you'd extract more from the modules first, I'll tell you. If you're ready for coaching, we'll identify what to focus on so the paid session starts solving the problem in the first five minutes. It exists because the wrong session format wastes your time and mine.
How is the session delivered? +
Sessions are delivered via Coscreen — the most efficient screen-share software I've found, and it's completely free. You'll receive a calendar invite with the join link after scheduling. Coscreen lets us share charts, technical analysis, and positions in real time with crisp resolution and zero lag.
Do I need to own the Masterwork systems? +
No, but it's highly recommended. Framework owners get straight into application and refinement and extract significantly more from each minute. If you're starting from scratch, the core modules first is the faster path. The Complete Bundle remains the most efficient entry point.
How do I reschedule or cancel? +
24 hours notice is required for any reschedule. No-shows forfeit the session with no reschedule or refund. Life happens — just reach out early and we'll find a new time that works.
Can I record the session? +
Yes — record everything. I record every session on my end and you're welcome to do the same. Capture the screen, the audio, all of it; review it as many times as you need. The structured session notes PDF I send afterwards captures the key concepts, marked levels, and action items, but a full recording is the most useful study artifact you'll have.
What should I prepare before the session? +
Come prepared with: (1) a written list of specific questions or topics, (2) TradingView open with your charts ready, (3) a review of your last 10 trades with your thesis for each entry, (4) any areas where you feel stuck applying the framework. The more prepared you are, the more ground we cover.
The system is where it starts. Coaching is where it becomes who you are.
